Welcome to Baby’s Ears. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure a safe, professional, and transparent experience for all clients.

2. Consent & Eligibility

• All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The parent/guardian must provide full consent prior to any ear piercing procedure.
• Valid identification may be required to confirm guardianship.

3. Health & Safety

• The client (or parent/guardian) must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the procedure.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not safe or in the best interest of the child.
• All procedures are carried out using sterile, single-use equipment and in accordance with strict hygiene standards.

4. Procedure Disclaimer

• Ear piercing is a quick and generally safe procedure; however, as with any skin procedure, there is a small risk of infection, irritation, or allergic reaction.
• By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

5. Aftercare Responsibility

• Full aftercare instructions will be provided at the time of your visit.
• It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure proper aftercare is followed.
• Failure to follow aftercare guidance may result in infection or delayed healing, for which we are not responsible.

6. Jewellery Policy

• We use only high-quality, hypoallergenic jewellery suitable for babies and young children.
• Once jewellery has been used for piercing, it cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Custom or engraved items are non-refundable.

7. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are clearly stated and include the cost of the procedure and standard jewellery unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is required at the time of service.
• Prices may vary depending on jewellery selection.

8. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, all procedures are non-refundable once completed.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the service has been carried out.
• Any concerns must be raised immediately at the time of service.

9. Appointments & Walk-ins

• We welcome both walk-ins and appointments (if applicable).
• We aim to provide timely service, but waiting times may vary during busy periods.

10. Liability

• Baby’s Ears and its staff shall not be held liable for:
  • Improper aftercare
  • Allergic reactions not disclosed prior to the procedure
  • Any complications arising after the service has been completed
